Welcome to Camvale Tennis Club

Camvale Tennis Club is a small community based club located in Paulton (south of Bristol and Bath) which attracts members from nearby villages and also the towns of Midsomer Norton and Radstock.

Originally established in May, 1947 as Purnell & Sons Ltd Lawn Tennis Club but was renamed in 1994 as Camvale Tennis Club.  The club currently has approximately 80 members across all age groups.

We have two excellent floodlit courts.....recently relaid (in 2010) and in September 2013 opened a purpose built "kids zone".

This website is designed to provide key information to all of our members and also to those interested in joining the club:

  • The "About Us" page provides more background information, including our key achievements.
  • We have a proactive general and working committee and their names and the office they hold are listed on the "Committee" page.
  • If you would like to keep the Club's fees down then join "Easyfundraising" where on-line shopping will provide donations to the Club from the retailers/service providers at no cost to you or the Club - see the tab titled "Fundraising" for more information.
  • The pages headed "Adults" and "Juniors" provide general club information, whilst "Forthcoming Events", "Calendar" and "News & Results" brings you up to date information.
  • More information regarding the "KidsZone" project is provided under "KidsZone".
  • The "Photo Gallery" includes latest photos of Club events
  • We encourage feedback on all of our activities and facilities and therefore welcome constructive comments - "Members' Comments" provides you with the tool to give us your comments.  However, if you have a question or require further information then please use our "Contact Us" page
